Implement Systems and Tools to Facilitate Submission, Registration and Completion of Learners on Employer Funded Skills Development

• Verification of all submitted learner documentation
• Provide feedback to the employer on the outcome of the learner verifications
• Follow up on remediation requirements of learner documentation
• Recommend the outcome of verification of learner documentation to the Senior Officer
• Respond to queries related to Employer Funded Skills Programmes
• Maintain employers’ details
• Collect, capture, and analyse information for review purposes
• Ensure compliance to data control measures

Achievement of Work Plans

• Execute work plans and drive the evidence collection in real time
• Produce reports against the implementation of work plans
• Respond to audit findings with complete evidence, on time
• Implement documented data management practices
• Comply to policies and procedures in the unit
• Record, file, and ensure the availability of information

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent, at a minimum NQF Level 4
• Relevant NQF Level 6 qualification in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, Training and Development (ETD), or related field is required
• 2-3 years of experience in a skills development capacity
