On Premise Trade Marketing

• Help support and deliver On Premise projects across the channel, with focus on Trade & Customer marketing whilst also supporting on building Key Account customer plans.
• Development of new innovative and impactful consumption & industry activation concepts, consumer events and sales driving tools
• Development of in outlet activation concepts (POS tool management)
• Develop sales opportunities for Red Bull through recognition and reward programs jointly defined with the Head of Musketeers and On Premise Marketing Manager

On Premise Insights

• Help support and deliver On Premise projects across the channel, consolidating consumer, customer and competitor insights / internally and externally.
• Manage On Premise data points (CRM tools, sales data) to produce actionable insights and reports. Help track and drive performance of sales and execution
• 50% of time spent analyzing, planning, and reporting on Key Account and Customer performance.
• Support in market research projects
• Own ROI calculations on execution initiatives by the Field Force and Key Account Teams

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree 
• Proven excellence in your academic life
• Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
• A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
• Open and solution-oriented mindset
• Communications and listening ability/interpersonal skills (direct customer contact)
• Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
• Fluent in English (written, spoken), additional languages considered a plus
• Strong presentation skills supported by concept sell techniques
• Retailer/sales experience desirable (but not a must)
• Microsoft Office skills: Excel/PowerPoint
