ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This individual will act as the first point of contact for the E-Commerce team as well as customers in Cape Town.

Requirements

• Matric
• Degree/Diploma in Administration (Advantageous)
• 2-3 years customer service and administration
• Background in hospitality and customer experience
