The purpose of this job is to assist in the efficiency and effectiveness of the wholesale division by ensuring all administration tasks are completes timeously. This will result in achieving customer satisfaction, in order to generate sales and promote the business and create sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Investigating stock transfer errors in the department as well as liasing with the stock control teams across the relevant branches
Liase with stock controller daily where there are stock discrepancies in the department after investigations were done.
Assist with the monthly error report filling.
Ensure spot checks are done on departments stock takes.
Processing of Picknotes.
Ordering and distributing of staff uniform and handling queries relating to such.
Replenishment of refreshments for the Distribution Centre staff canteen/s.
Placing stationary order and monthly stock take after bulk order distribution.
Distribution of monthly stationary to various departments.
Perform any work-related tasks as delegated by superior
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric or x3 Completed Intercept courses equating to a total of 120 credits
Brights Induction (Service Excellence)
2 years in stock related function
2 years’ experience in the industry
2 years minimum in stock related function
Competent with internal K8 system
Planning, time management & organizing skills
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written) at all levels
Ability to handle pressure
Computer skills – Microsoft office (Internet, E-mails, Word & Excel)
