Our client is seeking a highly organised and process-driven Operations Analyst with an interest in the investments industry. This diverse role offers the opportunity to focus on model portfolio implementation, client service support, and building strong working relationships with clients and service providers.
What you'll do:
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in administering and maintaining local and offshore model portfolios. You will be the first point of contact for clients regarding any model portfolio related queries, providing them with exceptional support.
Administration and maintenance of local and offshore model portfolios
Assist clients on model portfolio related queries and provide support
Implement model portfolio changes instructed by the Investment Team
Implement model portfolio management requests instructed by the Client Service Team
Build strong working relationships with model portfolio teams at service providers
Maintain good relationships with clients
Weekly AUM Reporting
Quarterly Client Reporting
Regular client fee calculations and support to Finance
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Administration, Commerce or Business & Information Administration
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in Financial Services
Strong numeracy skills and high attention to detail
Proactive approach to work with a 'Can Do' attitude
Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-centric attitude
