Job description
Support and manage conflicting deadlines for multiple competing project priorities in a timely manner, influencing, directing & instructing on site adjustments & trade offs as required.
Integrate across Foodservices, RED project managers, site construction & installation personnel as well as stores to determine actions to resolve conflict and/or risk as well as root cause to ensure future conflicts can be proactively anticipated & resolved.
Support and represent Foodservices at site, small works & progress meetings with RED project managers, construction managers & store and regional teams (pre & post launch).
Support store & regional teams onsite both pre & post launch (including follow up of snags completion).
JV partner – support our JV partners in supporting the WW Brand from an operational and experience
Deliver “ready to merchandise” sites to the Store & Foods teams
Communicate & conduct cyclical equipment rationalisation cycles with RED equipment & warehouse teams identifying obsolete equipment pieces for disposal & removal from the catalogue.
Minimum requirements
Food Industry interest, knowledge & understanding
Five (5) years relevant retail or store management experience in FMCG
Team player
Practical & determined
Willingness & availability to travel
Operational thinking with strong problem-solving skills & the ability to understand cause of problem & develop workable solutions.
Relationship Building within teams, the ability to build & maintain constructive relationships by active involvement & integration across all WW BU’s & levels of work.
