Packaging Pre-Production
Manage project tracking of sample submissions.
Assist with creating packaging mock-ups for new formats.
Archive and retain packaging artwork and specifications.
Assist with ensuring packaging development within the critical path.
Ensure submission of red seals and colour standards for Woolworths approval.
Archive and retain packaging supplier certificates and packaging specifications/certificates.
Archive and retain approved packaging and notify the relevant stakeholders.
Quality Management
Manage packaging specifications to ensure development meets aesthetic and technical expectations.
Ensure adherence to Woolworths internal quality processes.
Ensure packaging due diligence is conducted by frequent visits and collating information from the supply base, stores, RTV warehouse and interaction with customer feedback forums.
Packaging Sustainability
Manage supplier GBJ compliance.
Manage GBJ quantification and data accuracy.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with the key stakeholders to ensure effective input and delivery of the product strategies.
Administration
Manage pre-production packaging samples.
Retain packaging standards.
Manage packaging library.
Ensure electronic artwork is updated as released.
Manage store replenishment stock.
Implement and manage a packaging tracker tool to reflect the status of packaging development projects.
