• Bottlewasher and crate washer reports
• Track treatment reports
• Calculate caustic consumption and record
• Calculate water consumption and record
• Manage the Pack Hall Operators
• Walk the lines and check that Cleaning is being done properly,no blocked nozzles,clean stands,no issues with chainlube
• Conduct random tests for OPC products-Flag out of spec results to AM immediately
• Conduct caustic concentration analysis -test and record results
• Conduct aluminates concentration analysis -test and record results
• Conduct carbonates concentration analysis -test and record results
• Conduct additives concentration analysis -test and record results
• Record and report EBI readings-Flag out of controls to AM immediately
• Conduct Lube concentration analysis -test and record results
• Calculate lube consumption
• Prepare the chemical usage report and submit to the customer
• Investigate and give feedback timeously if downtime is received
• Ensure Planner schedules are being received on time
• Training for Operators,ABINBEV staff and Contractors using Diversey products
• Prepare and attend 9am Line meetings
• Attend pre and post maintenance meetings
• Manage,check and confirm that operator task list has been completed on and record
• Monitor the operators clock in and clock out times
• Prepare the consolidated reports for Diversey
• Prepare and manage the stock control and stock reports to the customer every weekend
• Prepare the chemical usage report and submit to the customer
• Investigate and give feedback timeously if downtime is received
• Ensure Planner schedules are being received on time
• Training for Operators,ABINBEV staff and Contractors using Diversey products
• Prepare and attend 9am Line meetings
• Attend pre and post maintenance meetings
• Manage,check and confirm that operator task list has been completed
