Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, meetings, and outreach programmes
• Support the development and maintenance of stakeholder databases and contact lists
• Help prepare communication materials, presentations, reports, and briefing documents
• Assist in organizing stakeholder events
• Support the handling of stakeholder queries and correspondence
• Monitor and track stakeholder feedback and escalate issues where necessary
• Assist in compiling stakeholder engagement reports and performance statistics
• Conduct research on stakeholder trends, concerns, and sector developments
• Report on emerging risks
• Provide administrative support to the Stakeholder Relations unit
• Provide administrative and operational support
• Assist in maintaining and updating the database of approved medical experts
• Support the coordination and allocation of medical assessments and medico-legal reports
• Assist with analyising systems that are used to manage the panel.
• Assist in liaising with medical experts/Service providers
• Support the onboarding and contracting processes of medical panel members
• Help monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times
• Compile reports and statistics on panel performance
• Provide general administrative support to the Medical Management Unit

 Qualifications and other Requirements

• Certified copy of Grade 12/ Matric certificate.
• B Degree/ Advanced Diploma in  Health Science or Medical related qualification, Business Adminitration/Manangement.
• Certified copy of your ID
