Payroll Administrator at MPRTC Recruitment

• An opportunity is available for a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accurate payroll administration, statutory compliance, and excellent client service. The role involves payroll reconciliations, SARS submissions, reporting, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Payroll/HR/Accounting qualification advantageous)
• Proven payroll administration experience, preferably within an accounting or audit firm
• Experience processing payroll for multiple companies/clients
• Strong knowledge of Sage Payroll, Sage VIP, or similar payroll systems
• Good understanding of South African payroll legislation and SARS requirements
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
