Payroll Administrator
- Job Type Full Time

- Job Field Human Resources / HR
- Deliver payrolls and related activities across MEA region, from the preparation of the input to payments and post payroll activities.
- Responsibility for payroll oversight to ensure effective controls are utilized and monitor payments will be delivered to correct third parties within the scheme deadlines.
- Effectively communicate with all the organization levels as a partner and point of support, developing and building partnerships across key areas as HR BP, HR ops team, accounting and finance, vendors
- Proactively manage own workload to meet the required deadlines in cooperation with the rest of the team, and payroll manager
- Ensures documentation of the processes is stored in the dedicated shared folders and processes are up to date
- Submission of COID returns
- Knowledge on tax directive applications and administering IT88’s
- Submission of month-end and GL, salary journals etc. to Finance Department
- Knowledge for submission of PAYE/SDL/UIF EMP201
- Knowledge for submission of EMP501 via E@syFile
- Take part on internal & external audits within the department
