Our organisation is looking for an experienced and passionate Payroll Supervisor to contribute to the accuracy of the payroll and benefits function by making sure that employees are paid on time and accurately. Further, to assist employees with all payroll related issues and providing them with relevant information as per BCEA. Lastly, to contribute to the company’s policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of the department. As a Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Input Processing
• Verification of Pay-Run Input
• Remuneration Administration
• Payroll Reports
• Administration of benefits
• Timeous payment

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should

• Have 4-5 years' admin experience
• Hold a Diploma or Degree/NQF level 6 or 7
• Have experience capturing data and verifying of remuneration related issues
• Have 1-year supervisory experience
• Possess good leadership skills
• Be deadline driven
• Be a problem-solver
• Have numerical reasoning
