    Position: Performance Analyst
    Salary range: Negotiable
    Reporting to: Keshni Pillay, Manager: Investment Risk and Performance
    Business Unit: Investment Risk and Performance
    Management responsibility: None
     

    JOB SPECIFICATION
    Job description:

    To support the Investment and Business development teams with accurate performance and risk and attribution calculations.
    Ideal qualifications:

    •  Full involvement in the performance cycle
    •  Responsible for daily and monthly performance procedure
    •  Continuously evaluating and enhancing performance function
    •  Ad hoc quantitative / risk-return queries
    •  Ex-post risk analysis
    •  Compiling and evaluating performance data for business pitches
