    Role Purpose

    • We are looking for an amazing Performance Facilitator at Metropolitan Life, who is ready to make a difference.

    Requirements

    • Human Resources or Learning degree
    • OD-ETDP certification (preferred)
    • Driver's license
    • 3 – 5 years facilitation experience in an insurance or financial services environment
    • Knowledge of skills development
    • Experienced in deliver learning interventions virtually and instructor led or experienced in integrating technology into traditional instruction models

    Responsibilities and work outputs

    • We are looking for someone who can effectively facilitate and deliver learning interventions virtually or instructor led, to support the achievement of learning, development and business goals.
    • You need to love people and love to spend time with them.
    • To be agile and think on your feet is definitely a requirement.
    • Technical savviness and embracing the digital arena is a must.
    • As a Virtual Trainer, your role is to create an exceptional training experience for learners by giving them support during the learning process. Communication is vital to your success. It is important to relay goals and expectations, as well as company policies to the learners in your training courses.
    • It has never been more important that learners in our business have the tools and support to learn through digital instruction.
