Pest Control Officer at Staff Solutions

• Our Client in the Chemical Hygiene industry has a new vacancy for a Pest Control Officer based in Port Elizabeth

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Grade 12

Qualification:

• Pest Control Officer Certificate
• Container Fumigation Qualification (Required)

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Pest Control Operations (PCO), HACCP, and Structural Fumigation
• Proven Container Fumigation Experience (Essential)
• Other: Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain company vehicle and equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and procedures at all times
• Complete service tickets accurately and on schedule
• Manage and scan integrated pest management systems
• Ensure site files are maintained and updated monthly
• Prepare and submit daily treatment reports to the office, ensuring proper paper flow
• Apply and implement all safety standards for pest control operations
• Perform ad hoc fumigation, blanket spraying, termite treatment, wasp removal, and related pest control activities
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in good working condition
