You will be responsible for consistently monitoring quality and SLAs’.
You will be expected to deliver an outstanding service to all Kwikot customers in terms of all warranty and insurance related calls as well as providing advice to customers.
Handle general queries regarding after sales service, installations, faulty issues etc.
Attend to all warranty and insurance related calls logged by the Call Centre within a reasonable turnaround time of 24Hrs.
Ensure that all administration (timecards, running sheets, job cards etc. are updated daily.
Ensure correct completion of all documents
Qualifications
Matric
PIRB registered (advantageous)
3 to 5 years’ experience
Plumbing Certificate (CETA/ Red Seal)
Thorough knowledge of all Kwikot products, EWH systems, products, services and competitors
