Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum education level of Grade 12 or National Certificate.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience in a hospitality environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle guest luggage efficiently and safely.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to personalize guest interactions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Physical stamina to perform manual handling and prolonged standing or walking.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to uphold company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the willingness to assist colleagues and management as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Efficiently handle guest luggage during arrivals and departures, ensuring safe and secure transportation to and from guest rooms.
• Provide courteous and personalized service to guests, enhancing their overall experience and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist with guest rooming by coordinating with Front Office and Duty Managers to ensure smooth check-in and room assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organized presentation of the front office and lobby areas to uphold the hotel's standards.
• Coordinate transport arrangements for guests in collaboration with Duty Managers, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to promote a professional and secure environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support operational requirements.
• Exhibit physical stamina necessary for manual handling tasks and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Remain calm and composed under pressure, effectively managing high traffic periods with professionalism.
• Collaborate proactively with team members and support management as needed to foster a cohesive team environment.
