Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent plus three (3) years’ experience in Performance Management and Development System or Diploma / Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration / Public Management as recognized by SAQA. Good understanding and Functional knowledge of the Public Service Act, Public Service regulations, Basic condition of employment Act, Employment Equity Act, Computer literacy, Good interpersonal skills, Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Sound communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical skills on problem solving, decision making and organizational skills. Computer literacy particularly MS, Excel, outlook & Word. A valid driver’s licence will serve as an added advantage.
Duties
To render Performance Management and Development Services. The administration of performance rewards and expenditure. The coordination of probationary records. The maintenance of a performance management database. The provision of technical advice and management issues. Render the implementation of Performance Management and Development Services. Assist with the facilitation of Performance Management and Development Services. Render the implementation of performance rewards on PERSAL System. Render administrative support services for the unit.
