Process Engineer - ICT at Altron Bytes Systems Integration

Job Function:

General Project Delivery Assistance, Process Analysis, Optimisation and Improvement, Audit of Delivery, Training, Reporting Dashboards, Measurements and Analysis and general assistance with Project Delivery Capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to the maintenance of a centralised process repository, maintaining reporting dashboards, improvement action items based on lessons learned, ad hoc audits and reporting
• Data Management
• Process Standardisation and Process Improvement
• Measurements, Analytics and Reporting
• Trends analysis to be expanded into a Data Science capability
• Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Professional Development

Education Required:

• Industrial Engineering degree or Diploma or equivalent background

Experience Required:

• Basic understanding of projects, methodologies, reporting dashboards, processes and lifecycles,

Essential Competencies:

• Comprehensive understanding of processes and optimisation and delivery methodologies
• Understanding and interpreting data

Advantageous Competencies:

• Enterprise Architect, Best Practice Frameworks (CMMI, ISO, SixSigma), Office 365 suite.

Additional Requirements:

• The person should be self-motivated and be solution driven. Able to work without direct supervision and build up good relationships with clients.
