    Process Improvement Lead

    The key purpose of this role is to drive Process Improvement and Standardization for key ATR (Account to Report) processes across the Africa Zone in order to enable the finance improvement journey, to stabilize ATR operations, as well as drive alignment with Zone and Global Processes.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Review ATR processes across the six Towers with all Africa Zone Teams to identify areas for optimization, standardization and stabilization
    • Review mapped E2E as is processes, assess interdependencies and identify any residual gaps (People, Process, Tech) to be addressed
    • Build a action plan to close the identified gaps and collaborate with the Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation teams to implement
    • Building relationships with key stakeholders & stakeholder management across projects and towers in ATR (In Country, BU, Zone & Global teams)
    • Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure a process improvement and standardisation between ATR Towers and the Business Towers
    • Working with Process Owners, Change Management & Tech teams to ensure holistic documentation in place, process adherence and identifying training opportunities
    • Leveraging lean six sigma tools and techniques to ensure that waste is eliminated, defects are minimized, and improvement opportunities are identified
    • As a Product Owner, the role is responsible for collaboration across all ATR Towers and respective stakeholders, as well as embracing agile ways of work, ensuring team accountability and responsibility
    • This role requires ownership of the ATR Finance Process Improvement agenda, pushing the boundaries for excellent delivery and focus on root cause problem solving, using diverse and collective skills to support, manage and lead members of the ATR towers

    Profile:

    • Relevant 3 year university degree in i. e. in accounting, business, economics, engineering or similar
    • Embodies the AB InBev culture and 10 principles
    • Continuous improvement expertise and problem solving skills
    • Strong leadership and project management capabilities
    • Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
    • Works with energy and enthusiasm to solve business problems
    • Must be able to work under pressure and executes with discipline and a sense of urgency
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of the organization
    • Ability to work in and understand multi-cultural environments, interacting with various ATR Towers, In-Country, BU, Zone and Global teams
    • Considers diverse perspectives when faced with complex problems
    • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
    • SAP / Syspro / SAP S4 knowledge advantageous
