A conversion-based target of sales to completed demonstrations across NCA SSB.
Supporting the achievement of team and departmental revenue objectives by educating our customers through effective demonstrations of our product portfolio
Proactively encouraging growth and development within a defined base of customers
Proactively keep up to date with competitor activity and market knowledge to share insights with your team and customers
Consistently performing against KPIs and Departmental Standards set
Take responsibility for maintaining their own product and procedural knowledge
Provide technical product support to both internal and external customers whether this be product training or demonstration.
Responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to management team.
Uses quality monitoring data to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
Any other duties as instructed by the Team Manager within the parameters of the role.

Demonstrate knowledge of more than one Product or Service with a desire to self- develop in the future to allow full coverage of the full range of products and services.
A consultative sales approach using a range of questioning techniques to enable the identification of customer wants / needs to allow the identification of the complete solution for our customers.
The ability to adapt and change approach to allow the delivery of potentially complicated information in the small window of opportunity.
Comfortable working with minimal supervision, with our colleagues and face to face with our customers.
Certified on Pastel Accounting, Pastel Payroll, Sage Business Cloud Accounting and Sage Payroll within 2 months of start date.
