Production Foreman at Epiroc

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Improving efficiencies within the production environment.
• Decreasing costs.
• Develop SOPs for all operations related to production.
• Problem solving on all CNC operations.
• Continuous improvements on all CNC operations.
• Maintaining of all equipment and ensuring schedules are followed.
• Maintaining of tool room and stock holding of cutting tips.
• Focus on developing and assisting the quality department.
• Communication between shifts are clear and followed up.

Competences, Skills and Experience:

• Fluent in G-code programming on Fanuc, Haas and Okuma machines
• Must be able to set up both lathe and milling CNC machines
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a CNC workshop environment, managing a shift with multiple reporting staff and machines under your control.
• People management skills
• Attention to detail
