Production Planner - Midrand at McCormick & Company

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production Planning: Utilize SAP/Excel to meet demand management requirements, ensuring inventory targets, OEE, allergen compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Effective Communication: Address constraints impacting demand and customer service promptly.
• Production Plan Adherence: Monitor and communicate adherence by SKU, actively participating in production meetings.
• New Product Introductions: Efficiently schedule new product launches and discontinuations.
• SAP Expertise: Clarify and maintain production parameters and data within SAP.
• Management Reports: Generate ad hoc reports as needed.
• Comply with all the company regulations and procedures concerning Health and Safety.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience: Desirably 3-5 years in supply chain roles, preferably with FMCG suppliers. Business reporting experience
• Qualifications: Supply chain degree or equivalent
• Skills: Strong leadership, time management, and analytical abilities. Advanced Excel user.
• Presentation: Excellent presentation skills for customer interactions.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively within a matrix structure. Being able to work under pressure.
• ERP Exposure: Familiarity with SAP and advanced level supply chain systems.
