Production Supervisor - Epping at PepsiCo

Job Overview:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety compliance and team performance are consistently achieved. 
• Control and report product quality parameters
• Update and maintain shift report                                                                                 
• Control product, production processes and raw material stock level                                 
• Maintain people, plant, machinery and equipment
• Regular plant inspections and report deviations                                                        
• Ensure adherence to safety, health and hygiene standards
• Ensure adherence to document control policies                                                          
• Update shift time sheets
• Managed team, ensure team is trained on operational process

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and/or Relevant National Training Certificate/Qualification
• Four to five years relevant FMCG experience   
• Proven supervisory experience
