Production Trainee at Nampak

Job Description

• Ensure non-conforming product is sorted and reworked.
• Inspect isolated cans/pallets against quality standards.
• Perform tests and checks with relevant instruments and equipment when required.
• Conduct stock counts for non-conforming products.
• Assist with resampling and release/booking of isolated pallets.
• Assist with general operation of equipment such as AER, Bailer, Palletizer, Barcoding Scanner, Forklift, etc.
• Assist with the Outgoing Assessor role when required to do so.

Job Requirements

• Matric Certificate or Equivalent
• Must have good eyesight and cannot be colour blind
• Experience in Manufacturing Environment would be advantageous
• Acquire or alternatively already in possession of a Fork Truck License
• Good communication skills
• Inter-personal and team interaction skills
