Key Performance Areas
Developing and evaluating departmental marketing materials, product/service modification(s) by using measurement documentation procedures
Coordinating market research with respect to the mandates assigned to the department
Planning and developing systems to prepare, organise anddistribute external marketing information both directly to clients and via district offices
Managing and monitoring a variety of projects/subprojects on marketing, events and visual communications
Developing various media forms and formats to meet the demand for information of the department
Creating and maintaining departmental marketing literature, online information, advertisements, editorials, advertorials and promotional materials/videos in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders
Development of web-based standards, formats and procedures
Gathering customer/community/stakeholder feedback, and product/service data, through quantitative and qualitative research by using both formal and informal research methods and techniques
