    Programme Assurance Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
    • From a strategic perspective, you will be required to contribute to the internal audit strategy and how that strategy translates into operational plans for business units.
    • Identify and monitor risks that will hinder reaching objectives
    • Provide support on business transformation programmes - by providing assessment, recommendation and assurance support to process, risks and methodologies.
    • Provide operational support to internal audit staff
    • Quality reviews
    • Perform programme and project assurance reviews focusing on the following assessments:
    • Risk Management - independently provide reviews on potential risks that could negatively impact a project's successful completion.
    • Design and operating effectiveness of the programme's governance framework
    • Design and operating effectiveness of structures and controls to manage company resources
    • Design and operational effectiveness of key deliverable processes, for example, data migration, testing, change management
    • Use previous success criteria and data to measure against current projects

    This role is for someone with a strong personality who is able to be assertive in difficult situations, but is also strategic and works well in a team.
     

    The successful applicant would need to meet the below requirements:

    • 5 year project/programme management
    • Internal Audit Experience/ IT Audit experience
    • Financial Services experience
       

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • PRINCE 2/PMBOK/Other relevant certification
    • Internal Audit Experience
    • Financial Services
