Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
Help the project manager with administrative duties and processes
Responsible for the management of the tender process from receipt to delivery
Procurement of tender documents, assessment of relevance, and analysis of requirements; ensuring that the format of the tender is adhered as the tender document dictates.
Check and attend to the Addendum of tenders
Ensure that tender submissions represent the best possible response in terms of completeness, appropriateness
Collate tender documents which include, all related pre-qualification and questionnaires- Ensure that tenders are of a high standard in terms of quality
Update tender register and follow-up tenders, maintain traceability of electronic and hard copy material
Provide updates and progress reports on submitted tenders
Attend tender briefing meeting
Liaising with clients, consultants & contractors
Responsible for scheduling progress and technical meetings
Reporting on team & performance
Prepare & distribute Project material
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant degree/ diploma in administration or administrative qualification will be of an advantage
Valid Driver’s License
Good matric certificate ( Above 65% in English)
2 - 3 years related experience
Strong administration, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Very comfortable with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to meet deadlines and strong leadership skills
