About the job
The role of the project administrator encompasses but is not limited to the following:
Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library
Support the various Program Managers and Project Managers with various activities
Ensure that projects are run in compliance with the WCG requirement
Provide guidance to the project team
Maintaining and integrating project plans
Tracking and reporting overall progress
Administering the project budget
Planning and scheduling resources for a group of projects
Monitoring resources utilization
Perform quality review
Manage and coordinate IT audits by WCG Internal Audit and Auditor General of South Africa, or other assurance providers.
Track and report on progress of Ce-I IT audit findings at various governance meetings/forums
Assist with technical queries relating to audit findings and governance queries.
Provide assistance to internal or external auditors during compliance reviews and help to ensure that collation and reporting of the draft findings are accurate
Manage and oversee an ongoing vulnerability management program targeting information security systems and recommend methods for detection, prioritization and remediation.
Ensure all evidence documents, presentations and related documents are stored on SharePoint / My Content.
Be able to work at a group level to ensure coordination of governance activities and help identify and drive synergy opportunities.
Required:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and /or applicable courses
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Project Administrator or equivalent role
