Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing all tasks related to a specific project. Effective, efficient execution of field equipment supply including project inspections and deliveries to site.  This incorporates all preceding pre-work and testing in line with customer, business requirements and standards.  

Minimum Requirements
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Grade 12
•  Diploma/N6 (Instrumentation)

EXPERIENCE:

•  1 -2 years Project Administration Experience  
•  1 -2 years Technical instrumentation experience
•  Exposure to Project scoping and deliverables with reference to commercial terms 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

•  MS Office Proficient
•  Customer Service Orientation
•  Effective Time Management
•  High level of interpersonal and communication skills
•  Ability to function well within a team
•  Analyse issues and solution driven

Duties and Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

•  Execute official Project Kick-off Meeting within 48hrs of order receipt – ensure all related documentation has been received 
•  Order placements – Correctly processed including works instructions
•  Expediting of Foreign & local order placements 
•  Customer order progress reports – continuous. 
•  Ensure goods received are as per customer specifications 
•  Arrange transfer from Stores to Workshops for additional assemblies
•  Execute internal pre-inspection – request Customer Inspections 
•  Manage Documentation – Project Data Books 100% compliance to Customer Specification & Procedures, monitor ongoing submissions until approved for inspection
•  Annual, Monthly, weekly forecasts, reporting to Management
