• Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Project Lead to manage new business projects and engineering changes from concept to industrialization. The role focuses on ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and alignment with customer and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Project Management (Degree in Production/Operations Management an advantage)
• Certificates in APQP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA
• Minimum 5 years' automotive experience, including 2+ years managing development projects
• Strong understanding of automotive quality standards and project lifecycle management

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and monitor all phases of new projects and engineering changes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customer interfaces
• Track milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure project success
• Lead feasibility studies, tool trials, and production readiness activities
• Manage documentation, customer communication, and reporting
• Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
