Successful candidates will be appointed as Property Consultants with the opportunity of becoming a Property Investment Strategist. Successful candidates will be expected to complete a probation period of 3 months, pass the clients training academy and reach their KPI's consecutively.

Duties will include:

•  Provide consulting services and property sales to primary buyers.
•  Sell investment property to first time investors with an income of R30 000 or less
•  To refer clients who already have a property portfolio to a Property Investment Strategist.
•  To refer clients who earn an income of more than R30 000 to a Property Investment Strategist.
•  To call, email, WhatsApp and SMS clients daily and schedule consultations with the client if necessary.
•  To arrange and facilitate show house viewings.

Opportunity to earn a basic of R 10 000 + commission per sale. (High earning potential opportunity!) – Commission is calculated on a fixed rate, depending on what was negotiated with the developers.

The ideal candidate:

•  Has experience selling property
•  Registered with the EAAB and has their NQF 4 or in the process of completing it. Need to have their FFC certificate.
•  Well-presented and well-spoken as they will be dealing with high-net worth clients.
•  Computer literate and has Excel experience
•  Goal and sales driven
