Proposals Engineer at Six Senses

• The Proposals Engineer will play a critical role within the New Business department by managing and developing technical and commercial proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical) or a related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer with ECSA
• Training in proposal management methodologies

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in a proposals engineering role, preferably within the water industry.
• Proven experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for EPC projects.

SKILLS:

• Strong technical knowledge of water treatment, distribution, and infrastructure systems.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in using proposal management software and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
