QA Teamleader

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead, manage and develop QA Team
- Daily distribution and monitoring of QA workflow
- Monitoring of QA KPI targets
- Collate and distribute reports
- Liaise with sales departments and the wider business
- Analyse and monitor sales agent trends
- Audit sales evaluations
- Conduct QA Calibrations
- Lead and support investigations
- Coaching and Development of QA Agents
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Clear ITC
- No criminal Record
- RE5 and FAIS advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of MS packages
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Computer Literate-Intermediate Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to provide concise well written feedback
- Excellent listening skills
- Deadline Orientated and ability to work well under pressure
- Previous QA TL experience
- Strong Administration skills
- Ability to communicate on all levels
