Qualified Instructor at Sibanye-Stillwater

Minimum Required Qualification:

• National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults.
• Have at least 5 years’ experience as a Construction Mining Team leader / team member with extensive experience in Service pipes, U/G Fans, general u/g construction and platforms.
• Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre

Advantageous Qualifications:

• Knowledge and understanding of ISO Quality Management System

Have NQF Level 3/4.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring customer, employee, management expectations are met.
• Addressing key service provider relationships to meet training initiatives / objectives.
• Handling and attending to a range of service provider queries to build the Sibanye-Stillwater brand.
• Assisting in providing and facilitating training, materials, practices, methodology and procedures to the improve competency levels within the organisation
• Implementing QCTO, SASETA, PFTC and QMS (ISO9001:2015) accreditation to ensure compliance.
• Assisting in compiling learner progress Reports (daily, weekly & monthly).
