Review and evaluate candidate CVs and other relevant documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with the preparation and verification of client packages to ensure they are error-free and professional.
Provide feedback to the Head of Quality Assurance on areas for improvement and suggest improvement measures.
Keep records of all quality checks and assist in compiling reports.
Follow up with clients to ensure they are contacted promptly and efficiently.
Assist in training staff on best practices in quality control.
Carry out any reasonable requests related to quality assurance.
Minimum Requirements:
National Senior Certificate.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Sciences, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or similar) will be an advantage.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or quality assurance role.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to provide feedback effectively.
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
