Quality Assurance and Sales Manager3 at Redheads Engineering Solutions (Pty) Ltd

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The development and maintenance of customer relations in South Africa, discover new customers, and make recommendations on sales decisions to achieve market share and sales targets in the region
• Establish smooth customer communication channels, host customer business negotiations and transactions, implement customer recycling, and create long-term, good and stable regional customer relationships
• The crisis handling of major customer complaints can provide constructive opinions and solutions
• Assist in the achievement of sales performance and the reasonable allocation and control of sales expenses
• According to the long-term development needs of the company, formulate the sales department's work objectives and sales strategy, organize the sales team construction, be responsible for assisting the team's target performance management, and support the achievement of sales targets
• Formulate the annual budget of the department and the work plan for the year, quarter and month, master the distribution and completion of various operational indicators, control costs, and strive for the best economic benefits
• Conduct regular business training and evaluation of sales personnel, continuously improve working methods, and strive to improve sales levels
• Under the leadership of the president, preside over the planning, organization and control of the sales department's work, and communicate and execute the business management instructions issued by the superior
   

EXPERIENCE:

• More than 10 years of relevant work experience in the automotive and electronics industry
• 3-5 years of management experience in sales teams in Africa and abroad
• Familiar with third-party quality service management processes

Bachelors degree in Quality/Mechanical Engineering or Business, Marketing Tools and Strategy Related Training Certificates, Leadership Related Training Certificates, Business degree
