    Quality Assurer: National Contact Centre: Cape Town (Fixed Term)

    The successful candidates will be responsible for:

    • Determining quality standards by studying inbound and outbound calls and voter service
    • Monitoring calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance
    • Evaluating the quality of interviews against a set criteria
    • Producing quantitative reports of interviewer techniques
    • Informing team management of outstanding and poor performance
    • Recommending when training interventions should take place, and assisting with same
    • Compiling training materials and other required documentation

    Requirements

    Minimum requirements:

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
    • Fluency, written and spoken, in at least one of the following official languages, in addition to English: Afrikaans, Sesotho, Sepedi, Setswana, Xhosa, Zulu
    • Experience as a Quality Assurer (advantageous)
    • Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
