    What will you do?
    This career opportunity is available at Santam for the Claims Department. This role is based in Auckland Park, Johannesburg.

    What will you do?
    Quality Control will provides specialist and professional input, advice and guidance to the Specialist Claims Management team to enable them to achieve agreed business requirements, contribute to overall targets and improve their performance in line with the business strategy and objectives. This is a consulting and implementation roles

    Key Responsibilities

    • Align the Specialist Claims strategy with claims strategy.
    • Assisting in implementing best practice initiatives to improve service levels, cost efficiency and cost effectiveness.
    • Internal and standard operating procedure process.
    • Responsible for total process design and compliance.
    • Assisting with consolidating information from various role players and coordinating this process with business
    • AJS Operating System - Maintenance, System Enhancement and Operational incident management
    • Management information and Analytics.
    • Management expenses - All expenses, cost saving initiatives and budget.
    • Projects - Champion initiatives and responsible for implementation on a national basis
    • Operational audits - client service and key operational risks
    • Co-ordination of ad hoc request.

    Qualifications And Experience

    • Matric plus relevant graduate qualification in Business / Project management / IT or Data Science
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Financial or Business related environment.
