Highlight of any deviations to the Brewing manager, Packaging manager and Plant manager for action and stopping of the process when necessary

Maintain and control consumable stock levels
Optimise quality control management system

Facilitate effective team dynamics
Maintain performance management system
Communicate effectively in the workplace
Lead Quality strategy as per VPO
Improve quality compliance and management on site and reduce reputational risks for the site
Achieve VPO targets and Quality KPI and PI targets for the site
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing, brewing, or FMCG environment.
2-3 Years in Laboratory, Brewing or Packaging operation
Strong knowledge of manufacturing excellence principles and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP).
A formal qualification in Quality Management or related certifications is an advantage
Proven experience in managing quality systems, audits, and compliance in line with industry standards
