Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

• Diploma/National Diploma in Natural Science/Environmental Management at NQF 6 with 240 credits

Related Minimum Experience:

• 3 years related experience in the area of environmental management

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support by implementing and executing the implementation of an international organisation of standardisation ISO14001 environmental management system and related procedures within the designated area of the business
• Ensure compliance to legislative and governance requirements in the designated areas of the business through the implementation of compliance measures
• Execute the process for obtaining environmental approvals for environmental authorisation, waste, water usage, atmospheric emission licenses and tee cutting permits
• Implement and monitor environmental management plans
• Perform environmental investigations
