At least an Honours Degree relevant to Education, Social or Community Development (Master’s will be an advantage), plus at least 3 years’ relevant field experience, where such experience includes:
Early childhood development and/or community development work
Management of staff and programmes with a strong track record of delivery
Financial management and working with budgets
Fundraising with a successful track record in conceptualising new proposals, maintaining productive relationships with funders and meeting funding requirements
Supervisory experience of at least 3 years at a middle management level
Must have a valid driver’s license
Experience in a non-profit organisation would be advantageous.
