Receiving Clerk at AGRANA Fruit

Key accountabilities:

• Pick totes without “Hold” from the finished goods (FG) storage area and place the in dispatch area
• Pick boxes according to the customer need
• Ensure that the dispatch inspection sheet is completed upon completion of picking and sealing of totes about to be dispatched
• Ensure that totes are filled with enough pressure
• Ensure that there are leakage on the tote on all the valves, following the guidelines on the dispatch inspection sheet
• Ensure that the dispatch hygiene conditions are maintained as per the requirement of the hygiene policy
• Ensure that the FG about to be dispatched are not left to stand outside in direct sunlight and unattended
• Ensure that package FG are not stored against the wall and directly on the floor and are clearly labelled
• Ensure that stock rotationis managed correctly by using of the First Expired First Out system
• Ensure that expired stock is segregated and reported to production administrator and QC team                                    

Requirements:

• Counter balance Forklift Licence (must-have)
• Reach truck licence (advantageous)
• Matric
• Code 10 licence (advantageous)
