We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Receiving Manager to oversee all inbound stock and product processes.
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth, accurate, and efficient management of incoming goods, requiring a hands-on leader who can balance operational oversight, client communication, and administrative precision.
You will bring proven management experience, a solid background in FMCG, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 Certificate (essential)
Minimum 3 years’ management experience within FMCG
Strong computer literacy with advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven organisational and analytical ability
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage overtime when required

Responsibilities
Manage all inbound stock, vehicle bookings, off-loading, and documentation
Ensure accuracy in stock reconciliation, blind checks, and inbound balancing
Liaise with clients regarding discrepancies and ensure corrective actions
Supervise materials handling equipment and ensure maintenance schedules
Complete commercial invoices, receipts, and intercompany processing
Meet IGV cut-off and month-end deadlines while maintaining SOP compliance
