Provide assistance to the Directors and South African Management team. Responsible for meeting and taking care of all visitors and their requirements, coordinating the booking of conference rooms and other administrative tasks.
Key accountabilities:
Supporting Directors and local management team in day-to-day business, decision planning, agenda, complex travelling planning and execution, meeting planning & execution
Planning of events
Conducting research
Supporting with the analysis of offers and contracts
Reading, monitoring and responding to emails
Answering calls and liaising with clients competently
Establishing of presentations, meeting minutes, documentation in collaboration with the management team
Supporting management team in preparation work and documentation of negotiations, meetings, etc.
Diary management
Organisation of client reception and client welcome activities in TMF SA office
Competently dealing with situations in the absence of local directors, delegate upwards on their behalf
Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of their tasks in their role
Clearly understands the goals of our global and local organisation, including objectives and strategic targets
Managing ad-hoc projects
Coordinate the booking of conference rooms and perform regular room checks;
