    Receptionist & Capital Sales Administration Assistant

    Position Overview

    • The incumbent will support the capital sales staff in several areas of activity.

     
    Pinciple Accountabilities:

    • Typing, filing, mail handling, and all activities necessary for the capital sales office operation.
    • Accuracy and good attention to detail is critical.
    • First point of engagement for both suppliers and customers at reception and switchboard operation.
    • Requires a professional and customer-oriented approach.
    • A fluent command of the English language is important.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills.
    • Multitasks and is able to meet all deadlines.
    • A self-motivated person.
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
    • Strong administrative skills.
    • Accurate data capturing.
    • Use of office equipment (copiers, etc)
       

    Pre-requisite qualifications

    • Graduate (Bachelor of Commerce - Marketing Management)
