• TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Receptionist within the Company Secretary, Legal and Compliance Division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Job Summary

• This role involves managing front-desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling calls and correspondence, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations.
• The Receptionist maintains a professional office environment, supports staff as needed, and adheres to company policies and procedures at all times.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Promptly answering calls
• Creating a welcoming and friendly reception/waiting area
• Assist with company stationary

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Trilingual (understand and speak fluently in English, Afrikaans and isiZulu)
• Good verbal communication skills
• Excellent people skills
• Analytical ability
• Exceptional telephonic etiquette
• Strong, clear speaking voice
