KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform pivot calculations to establish if billing needs to be done;
• Communicate with internal teams regarding audits, findings and possible meter tests;
• Calculate the amounts to be billed in the event of meters found faulty, tempered or suspected tampers;
• Make appointments with Lawyers/Estate agents/Owners/Tenants via email & telephone to gain access to prepayment meter;
• Provide feedback on Clearance application progress.
