Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen and assess candidates’ qualifications and skills to match them with suitable job openings
• Conduct interviews and reference checks to ensure the quality of candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Keep abreast of industry and market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations
• Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet recruitment targets and goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruitment agent or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
