Purpose of the Role
Explore innovative means/methods as per the staffing plan, to leverage various sourcing channels in order to achieve the recruitment target for the unit / region / geography, external Branding, research & Branding, Research & Bench marking, Vendor Management, Ensure process compliance within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
Areas of Responsibility
External Employer Branding: Represent brand Infosys in external forums(career fairs, pre-placement presentations, vendor conferences, etc), Develop and implement round-the-year engagement initiatives with key stakeholder in the region (faculty, recruits, potential candidates college management, etc.) leveraging alumni support provides inputs in the branding teams and execute the branding strategy in order to position Infosys as the employer of choice.
Research, Analytics and Benchmarking: Ensure adherence to recruitment standard/process compliance within the team, forums and integral part of the selection process for middle management hiring for the unit/region, undertakes niche role hiring from institutions.
Assessment: Implement the existing assessment tools and frameworks, suggest modifications/enhancements in order to ensure consistency and quality in selection process
On Boarding: serve as single point of contact for matters related to the recruits from the time of acceptance of to the time of joining in order to generate better conversion ratios and applicant delight.
Sourcing Plan: The associate Lead TA will explore innovative means/methods as per the staffing plan, to leverage various sourcing channels in order to achieve the recruitment target for the unit/region/geography.
Vendor Management: Collaborates with vendor partners for managing the recruitment initiatives at the regional level, manages the exiting relationships efficiently, articulates the current requirement in the Unit/Location/Geography in order to enhance sourcing effectiveness and ensure success of the recruitment initiatives
Technology Enablement: Suggest improvements to existing systems in order to enhance operational effectiveness.
MIS & Reporting: Should update systems, prepares & maintains MIS data from various HR systems on the Unit/Geography/Region level in order to facilitate easy decision making by key stakeholders.
Process Compliance: Examines the process nuances (lateral hiring/entry level hiring) thoroughly, participates in vendor audits, and takes care of adherence to set standards in order to compliant.
Sourcing: The TA will execute the sourcing plan by interacting with internal and external stakeholder in order to achieve Unit/Geography/Region recruitment targets.
